We have developed several innovations in improving window connectivity to building automation. In 2018 we roled our latest innovation which incorporates our multiplatform IoT gateway from SWYCS to control & manage all our window systems. With out new platform our windows are fitted with a variety of sensors that provide real time environmental data that automatically triggers response from our Smart windows.
Our Smart windows collect data on total heat transmission, luminesense, temperature control, air quality reading to provide the building management a complete picture of the building performance.
We have taken our extensive experience and knowledge & directed it to improving all aspects of building construction & facilities management. Our IoT solutions connect the building hardware to our IoT software. Our solutions are designed to monitor & actively manage energy consumption, improve responsiveness to daily maintenance & reduce strain on manpower & detect critical faults before they become an emergency (MTTF). Ours sensors and monitors will pick on equipment that are not functioning to the optimum performance, breaches in safety and security, identity patterns result in wastage and automatically notify the response team.
